I get started on method 3 but hit an unbreakable wall when i try to copy into system 32:error copying file or folder- access is denied.I have tried properties-security-advanced-change permissions etc. But can't change (tick/untick) any of the permission boxes. Presumably full power is with taking control of the file?I am an administrator. Somewhere it was suggested i need to boot in safe mode to alter these settings.
